Job Summary

This is a senior leadership role where your influence will span strategy product performance team development and bringing groundbreaking products to life.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership and Vision

Define long-term product vision goals and roadmaps across multiple products.
Lead the entire Product Life Cycle Management (PLCM) process with rigor and consistency.

Innovation and Market Impact

Identify emerging market opportunities and drive disruptive innovation.
Balance technical feasibility with customer needs and commercial value.

Team Leadership and Collaboration

Lead mentor and inspire Product Managers and Technical Product Managers.
Partner effectively with R&D Engineering Marketing Regional Sales Managers and other ELW teams.

Customer-Centric Focus

Stay close to customer needs through direct feedback and market insights.
Drive product adoption and ensure continuous improvement post-launch.

Execution and Delivery

Oversee product launches positioning and ongoing optimisation.
Monitor performance using KPIs and guide data-driven decision-making.

Financial and Operational Excellence

Manage cost targets pricing input and design-to-cost efforts with cross-functional partners.
Balance risks prioritise initiatives and ensure commercial success.

Stakeholder Influence

Communicate progress strategy and insights to senior management and key stakeholders.
Champion alignment across teams to secure buy-in and accelerate delivery.

Travel

Occasional solo travel for customer visits exhibitions and commercial training.

Qualifications :

General requirements for the role:

Bachelors degree in Business Marketing Computer Science Engineering or equivalent experience with technical products.
MBA or advanced degree (desirable)
Experience in Product Management within a technical environment.
