Job Summary

This is a senior leadership role where your influence will span strategy product performance team development and bringing groundbreaking products to life.


Key Responsibilities
 

Strategic Leadership and Vision

  • Define long-term product vision goals and roadmaps across multiple products.

  • Lead the entire Product Life Cycle Management (PLCM) process with rigor and consistency.
     

Innovation and Market Impact

  • Identify emerging market opportunities and drive disruptive innovation.

  • Balance technical feasibility with customer needs and commercial value.
     

Team Leadership and Collaboration

  • Lead mentor and inspire Product Managers and Technical Product Managers.

  • Partner effectively with R&D Engineering Marketing Regional Sales Managers and other ELW teams.
     

Customer-Centric Focus

  • Stay close to customer needs through direct feedback and market insights.

  • Drive product adoption and ensure continuous improvement post-launch.

 

Execution and Delivery

  • Oversee product launches positioning and ongoing optimisation.

  • Monitor performance using KPIs and guide data-driven decision-making.
     

Financial and Operational Excellence

  • Manage cost targets pricing input and design-to-cost efforts with cross-functional partners.

  • Balance risks prioritise initiatives and ensure commercial success.
     

Stakeholder Influence

  • Communicate progress strategy and insights to senior management and key stakeholders.

  • Champion alignment across teams to secure buy-in and accelerate delivery.
     

Travel

  • Occasional solo travel for customer visits exhibitions and commercial training.


Qualifications :

General requirements for the role:

  • Bachelors degree in Business Marketing Computer Science Engineering or equivalent experience with technical products.

  • MBA or advanced degree (desirable)

  • Experience in Product Management within a technical environment.
