0KM & field customer complaint solving including problem diagnose problem solve proposal problem solve coordinate action and confirmation.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Hotline trouble shooting check online data to confirm complaint
- On-site trouble shooting data diagnose and provide problem solve proposal
- Coordinate solve problem and confirm vehicle status after maintenance
- Field monitoring project
- Technical training to OEM
- Other task assigned by supervisor.
- Coordinate perform and supervise the customer quality related tasks self-dependent according to the customer and RB quality requirements and in co-operation with RB and cusotmer team members
- Escalate topics to line managers if potential customer escalation expected

Educational Background
Bachelor degree in Power Engineering Electrical Engineering Control Engineering Vehicle Engineering electrochemical or equivalent
Master degree in Power Engineering Electrical Engineering Control Engineering Vehicle Engineering electrochemical or equivalent
Language:
- Basic English speaking
Job Relevant Knowledge and Experience
-Experience in the automotive development & calibration preferred. Have working experience in JMC and familiar with JMC work process- Knowledge of engine and vehicle better for E-axle
- Knowledge of vehicle assembly experience in vehicle failure case Knowledge of system diagnosis preferred
- Good understanding of complete vehicle knowledge of vehicle communication network (e.g. CAN LIN Ethernet CANFD) preferred.
