What you will do

Deliver tangible business impact for UPMs APAC operations by leading or contributing to innovation portfoliosincluding R&D projects troubleshooting services application evaluations and digital & AI initiativeswith a particular focus on release paper and barrier paper development
Provide comprehensive highquality reports and tools through strong technical and research capabilities ensuring efficient delivery that supports business growth and performance together with trusted team members
Initiate new projects develop new methods and strengthen competence development within AsRC. Drive execution by fully leveraging available resources and channels to achieve agreed targets
Commit to continuous operational development in AsRC including improvements in safety quality innovation culture and digital & AI advancement

Who you are

You have bachelors degree or above well-understanding of chemical analysis and papermaking technology and at least 7 years of relevant filed experience
You have good communication skills customer orientation and innovative & structured thinking
You are able to work independently on research and outcomes delivered
You are fluent in both Chinese and English
