As the Logistics Coordinator you will be responsible for managing the flow of information between the customer base and the Planning / Dispatch group to ensure timely execution of service.
What youre responsible for:
- Manage inbound communications with customers and drivers/carriers.
- Create orders in the system to be managed by the Planning / Dispatch department.
- Communicate with customers and carriers to ensure smooth logistics operations.
- Prepare shipping documents (BOLs packing lists customs paperwork labels etc.).
- Track orders in the system through to completion.
- Support Supply Chain Analyst objectives.
- Collaborate with the Inventory Management team to reconcile inventory systems.
Qualifications :

- You have a Bachelors degree in Supply Chain management Logistics Business Administration or related field (preferred).
- You have experience in logistics supply chain or transportation coordination.
- You have strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- You have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- You are proficient in logistics software (WMS/TMS) Excel and ERP systems.
- You have a problem-solving mindset with the ability to work under pressure.
- You have knowledge of shipping regulations and international logistics.
