Psychiatric Rehabilitation Services Director (PRSD)

What you will do in this role:  The Psychiatric Rehabilitation Services Director is responsible for developing coordinating implementing and evaluating clinical services for the center.  The PRSDs responsibilities will include but are limited to program management direct care supervision interviewing accurate record keeping training and staff development.

Qualifications :

What we need from you:

• PRSD with a minimum of 2 years of experience is preferred for this role
• Must be experienced with Part S regulations 
• Minimum requirements are a Masters Degree in a human services field (including but not limited to sociology special education rehabilitation counseling or psychology) with at least 1 year of supervisory experience and 3 years of experience working directly with persons with severe mental illness or a licensed registered OR certified psychiatrist psychologist social worker occupational therapist rehabilitation counselor psychiatric nurse or licensed professional counselor with at least 1 year of supervisory experience and at least one year of experience working directly with persons with mental illness is required 
• Experience with Point Click Care (PCC) is preferred but not required

This center is managed by TRANSITIONAL CARE MANAGEMENT.  We currently provide comprehensive management services to several inpatient healthcare centers throughout Northern IL & the Chicagoland area. These settings include Long-term Care Skilled Nursing (SNFs) Short-term Care Rehabilitation Intermediate Care (ICFs) and Behavioral Health Service (SMHRFs) centers.
