The Director of Inpatient Nursing Services serves as a key member of the clinical leadership team responsible for the strategic oversight and operational excellence of the inpatient nursing service lines. This role provides visionary leadership 24/7 accountability and expert guidance to ensure high-quality patient-centered care across the inpatient nursing service lines. Inpatient nursing service lines includes; House Supervisor Critical Care Unit Med/Surg Unit Utilization Review Case Management/Social Services and the Dialysis program.
Qualifications :
What is required...
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program & currently licensed in the State of Washington
- Bachelor Degree in Nursing (BSN)
- At least five years of related clinical inpatient experience with a minimum of two of those years in a charge or leadership position
- Current CPR card (maintenance required)
- ACLS within 6 months of hire (maintenance required)
- PALS within 6 months of hire (maintenance required)
- Previous TNCC course attended or taken once within first year of hire
What is preferred...
- Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) degree
- Previous experience as a member of the senior leadership team in a healthcare setting.
Additional Information :
Wage: Wage range currently starts at $132000/year and goes up to $189000/year.
Actual wage will be based on years of applicable experience.
FTE: 1.0 40 hours/week; Exempt
