$62.230 - $80.300 - $89.930The stated pay scale reflects the range that Sharp reasonably expects to pay for this position. The actual pay rate and pay grade for this position will be dependent on a variety of factors including an applicants years of experience unique skills and abilities education alignment with similar internal candidates marketplace factors other requirements for the position and employer business practices.

What You Will Do
Performs procedures setups simulations and prescribed treatments under the direction of the Radiation Oncologist Physicist or Lead Radiation Therapist to provide the highest level of care to Radiation Oncology patients.

Sign on Bonus - This position is eligible for a $10000 sign on bonus for qualified External Candidates with 2 years Radiation Therapist experience.
Relocation - This position is eligible for a $3500 relocation bonus for qualified External Candidates with 2 years Radiation Therapist experience.

2 years of related experience or all hires

Rehires/Reinstates that are rejoining the organization less than 12 months from the last date of employment with Sharp Healthcare
To remain eligible for your sign on incentive the following criteria must be met:
Must remain in original hired FTE status and shift (if specified in offer letter)
Must remain in original department/specialty.
Must remain in original Job Title
Transfers to a non-bonus eligible department or position may result in forfeiting remaining incentive bonus.
$2500 Employee Referral Bonus for eligible Sharp employees.
Employee Referral Incentive Eligibility:
Referral must list the name of the Sharp employee that referred them on the job application.
External referrals only
If referring a former Sharp employee must be more than 12 months since last date of employment with Sharp Healthcare at the time of referral.
