This is a great opportunity to be part of the worlds largest bulk export port authority encompassing the operating ports of Ashburton Dampier Port Hedland and Varanus Island and five future port sites. You will be responsible for leading Pilbara Ports commercial and contractual relationships with trade customers and lease holders including critical minerals freight and general port lease customers. The Customer Manager is the key contact to facilitate Customer developments on Port lands in collaboration with the Pilbara Ports Port Planning Team. The Customer Manager works closely with Pilbara Ports key trade customers and leaseholders to ensure that strong working relationships and a high level of engagement is maintained. The role requires the Customer Manager to negotiate key commercial agreements and facilitate Customer developments that significantly benefit the Pilbara Ports in terms of strategic direction efficient land use and revenue.
