dormakaba is seeking a Channel Manager based remotely in Indianapolis IN. The Channel Manager is responsible for developing implementing and managing strategies to drive sales growth through our various channels.
HIRING SALARY RANGE: Base Salary$80000 - $95000 (Salary to be determined by the education experience knowledge skills and abilities of the applicant internal equity and alignment with market data.) What you will do
- Develop and execute channel strategies to drive revenue growth and market expansion
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing channel partners to ensure high levels of satisfaction and loyalty
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Sales Marketing and Product Development to align channel strategies with overall business objectives
- Provide training support and resources to channel partners to enhance their sales effectiveness and product knowledge
- Develop and manage channel programs including rebates promotions incentives and co-marketing initiatives
What we require
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing or related field
- 5 years Proven experience in channel management sales business development or equivalent experience
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to travel as needed up to 50%

- Experience in building material products
