We also manufacture some products including trusses cabinets doors and granite countertops.

Primary purpose: Provide professional administrative support that ensures smooth flow through the

manufacturing process including communication documents scheduling while coordinating between

sales production and install teams.


Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Safety & Quality: Prioritize safety quality and professionalism throughout the administration role.
  • Job Packets: Organize and review all job documents containing floor plans material information and important jobsite information in a timely and efficient manner communicating any discrepancies conflicting information or questions with the proper point of contact.
  • Ordering & Deliveries: Coordinate and confirm deliveries of all materials needed for each job using strategic scheduling and information provided communicating clearly any conflicts or delays. Providing supportive solutions is encouraged.
  • Job Status: Daily communicate job changes delays and revisions affecting production or scheduling while maintaining job progress updates providing current complete and accurate information to all affected departments in a prompt manner.
  • Receiving: Maintain all receivers delivery tickets or invoices verifying accuracy to products delivered communicating any discrepancies damage inaccuracies or shortages to the proper point of contact. Label and store all products effectively with proper job identifiers per the schedule and SOP.
  • Communication: Provide clear professional and effective communication while ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all aspects of each job.
  • Accuracy: Maintain organized office documents resulting in job efficiencies.
  • Proactive Communication: Proactively communicate concerns that may impact job completion to the shop foreman job pm scheduling and department manager.
  • Inventory: Ensure material availability aligns with production schedules to prevent delays.
  • Environment: Sustain a clean and organized work environment.
  • Feedback: Solicit and accept feedback from peers other department leaders and management.
  • Positive Attitude: Maintain a positive attitude contributing to a positive work environment.
  • Goal Setting: Effectively set and achieve goals demonstrating a proactive and goal-oriented mindset.
  • Strategic Thinking: Think critically plan effectively and envision innovative paths forward while anticipating future challenges and opportunities.
  • Attention to Detail: Pay great attention to detail in all aspects of the job.
  • Versatility: Open to continuous improvements new software and techniques.
  • Adaptability: Acceptance to modify planned daily schedules for unplanned urgencies
  • Team Player: Perform other duties as assigned contributing to all areas as needed.
Requirements

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Experience: 2 years of office or administrative experience
  • License: Valid current Drivers license with a clean driving record.
  • Software: Proficiency in Microsoft and familiarity with ERP systems
  • Pressure Handling: Thrive under pressure and juggle multiple tasks with finesse
  • Correspondence: Aptitude to clearly and effectively communicate within other areas of the process. (template shop foreman sales and design staff)
  • Problem Solving Skills: Demonstrate ability to solve problems with minimal supervision
  • Details: Strong attention to detail and precision
  • Work Habits: Self-motivated consistent reliable dependable

Qualifications and Skills Preferred:

  • Organization: Ability to manage tasks meticulously while staying organized and consistent
  • Safety: knowledge of safety protocols in manufacturing facilities
  • Construction Background: background in residential and commercial new or remodel construction

Preferred Skills and Qualifications:

  • Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office and other computer applications.
  • Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with manufacturing and installation processes.
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
