IDEAL CANDIDATE
We are seeking an exceptional candidate for the position of Payroll Coordinator who demonstrates advanced payroll expertise strong analytical skills and a collaborative service-oriented approach. This role is responsible for coordinating and executing complex payroll functions ensuring compliance with applicable laws regulations labor agreements and internal policies. The Payroll Coordinator will report directly to the Payroll Manager and serve as a liaison to Human Resources Finance and department leadership providing guidance problem resolution and process improvement support.
The ideal candidate is highly organized detail-oriented and comfortable working in a fast-paced deadline-driven environment. They possess strong communication skills and exercise sound judgment when handling sensitive and confidential information. This position plays a critical role in ensuring accurate timely payroll processing while contributing to continuous improvement initiatives system enhancements and cross-training efforts within the payroll function.
