Our Maintenance Team is a core part of that successkeeping homes condos and resort properties running smoothly safe and guest-ready at all times.
Role Overview
Were seeking a skilled reliable and detail-oriented Maintenance Technician to join our growing operations team.
In this role youll perform repairs preventative maintenance troubleshooting and inspections across a portfolio of vacation rental units. Youll work closely with housekeeping property managers and operations leadership to ensure every property meets Panhandle Getaways quality standards.

What Youll Do
Perform general repairs troubleshooting and maintenance for condos homes and office spaces.
Complete monthly HVAC preventative maintenance and ensure systems operate efficiently.
Respond to maintenance requests quicklydiagnose issues complete repairs and communicate status.
Create update and close work orders in our systems documenting parts used and work completed.
Collaborate with housekeeping and property managers to ensure units are guest-ready before arrivals.
Assist with minor plumbing electrical appliance repair painting and carpentry as needed.
Conduct periodic property inspections and address safety or maintenance concerns.
Work both indoors and outdoorssometimes in Florida heat (pack sunscreen!).
Maintain a clean organized work environment and company vehicle.
Preferred Qualifications
2 years of maintenance or repair experience preferably in vacation rentals hotels resorts or multifamily housing.
Strong understanding of general maintenance tradesHVAC basics plumbing electrical appliances drywall etc.
Experience using maintenance software such as Breezeway is a plus.
Excellent time management and follow-throughable to handle multiple tasks daily.
Strong communication skills (text phone app-based updates).
Valid drivers license and clean driving record (last 3 years).
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Ability to lift 50 lbs climb stairs and ladders bend kneel and work on feet for extended periods.
Ability to work weekends holidays and overtime as neededvacation rentals are busiest when others are on vacation.
