Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and technically skilled Help Desk Technician to provide first-level IT support for our real estate company. The ideal candidate will assist agents administrative staff and management with technical issues related to hardware software and real estate technology platforms. This role plays a key part in ensuring smooth daily operations and minimal downtime.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support to staff via phone email chat or in person
  • Troubleshoot hardware software network and connectivity issues
  • Support real estate-specific systems such as CRM platforms MLS transaction management software and cloud storage
  • Set up configure and maintain computers printers mobile devices and office equipment
  • Manage user accounts passwords permissions and security access
  • Install and update operating systems applications and antivirus software
  • Document support requests resolutions and system issues in the help ticketing system
  • Coordinate with vendors or external IT providers when needed
  • Train staff on basic technology usage and best practices
  • Ensure data security and compliance with company IT policies

Requirements:

  • Associates or Bachelors degree in Information Technology or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Proven experience in a help desk or technical support role
  • Strong knowledge of Windows and/or macOS operating systems
  • Familiarity with Microsoft 365 Google Workspace and basic networking
  • Experience supporting CRM systems MLS platforms or real estate software is a plus
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
  • Ability to explain technical issues in a clear non-technical manner
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
