We areseekinga highly skilledexperiencedanddetails orientated Finance Executiveto join our team. The successful candidate willbe responsible forGlobal Accounts PayableandAccounts Receivableensuringaccurateandtimely processing of invoices payments and receipts. The Finance Executive will alsobe responsible formaintainingfinancial records and performing general accounting tasks.
Responsibilities:
Ownership of theAccounts Payable process for our Global entities with a focus on UK and USA.
Performing month-end close activities related to accounts payable and accountsreceivable.
Preparing various financial reports including aged payables and receivables reports.
Partnering with the local finance teams to support the Accounts Receivable process.
Support the wider finance team with expenses management and review.
Manage the Finance System and ensure all data isaccurateand reliable.
Requirements:
Experience ofAccounts Payable and Accounts Receivable process.
Exceptionalattention to detail with a rightfirst-timeapproach.
Strongnumeracy skills andcomfortable working with statistics.
Excellent English skills.
