Job Responsibilities
Customer Service Executive
- Engage with existing customers to maintain strong relationships and improve retention rates.
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities to maximize customer lifetime value.
- Handle inbound and outbound calls related to sales renewals and customer retention.
- Address customer concerns professionally and provide effective solutions to prevent churn.
Customer Experience Management
- Ensure a positive and consistent customer experience throughout all interactions.
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products or services.
- Meet or exceed individual and team sales/retention targets.
Reporting & Compliance
- Accurately update customer information and interaction records in the system.
- Adhere to company policies procedures and compliance guidelines.
Job Requirements
- Minimum 12 years of experience in Sales Customer Retention or Customer Service with a sales focus.
- Strong communication skills in English (additional languages are an advantage).
- Goal-oriented with a strong drive to meet sales and retention KPIs.
- Ability to handle objections and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfortable working independently and as part of a team.
Salary & Benefits
- Salary Range: RM2800 RM3500 (based on experience)
- Allowance: Provided
