Our client a highly respected regional law firm is seeking a talented legal professional to join their successful Chelmsford branch. This is an excellent opportunity to work on complex high-value transactions with direct client contact and genuine scope for advancement.
The Role: Key Responsibilities
Assist senior lawyers on sophisticated commercial property matters gaining exposure to landmark cases
Independently manage files: draft contracts review titles and prepare comprehensive client reports
Conduct and report on searches (local index map and others) ensuring thorough due diligence
Oversee exchange of contracts and provide strategic advice to clients throughout the transaction lifecycle
Deliver high-quality proactive legal advice tailored to each clients commercial objectives
What Were Looking For
Qualified Solicitor (England & Wales) with 45 years PQE in commercial property
Proven track record of independently managing complex commercial property transactions within a UK law firm
Expertise in drafting title review and client reporting
Strong commercial acumen and ability to provide strategic business-focused legal advice
Excellent communication and organisational skills
