Role
- Manage a varied caseload of commercial real estate matters
- Provide clear practical advice to a range of clients on all aspects of commercial property transactions including freehold and leasehold sales and purchases property development and strategic land projects commercial landlord/tenant matters and portfolio/estate management
- Support the corporate team with transactions involving property elements
- 2 years PQE
- Strong technical knowledge of property transactions and landlord/tenant issues
- A client-centered approach and excellent interpersonal skills
- A proactive attitude towards business development
- Ability to manage your own caseload with minimal supervision
