Role Overview

• Lead coach and develop a high-performing sales team in a fast-paced high-volume environment
• Oversee sales operations performance metrics customer experience and process execution
• Drive results while strengthening a culture built on professionalism teamwork and accountability
• Collaborate with senior leadership to execute strategic initiatives and maintain Hyundai brand excellence
• Represent Tustin Hyundai with integrity customer focus and operational discipline

Required Qualifications

• Hyundai dealership experience is required
• Minimum 5 years of Hyundai Sales Management experience strongly preferred
• Proven ability to lead a successful sales team with measurable performance results
• Deep understanding of Hyundai programs incentives systems and retail metrics
• Strong communication coaching and leadership skills
• Must demonstrate professionalism ethical decision-making and customer-centric values
