This pivotal role provides strategic and operational leadership for Allied Health Child Development services shaping culturally safe family-centred and evidence-based models of care for children and families.

HOW WILL YOU CONTRIBUTE

• Lead coordinate and grow Allied Health Child Development services ensuring safe high-quality culturally responsive care.
• Drive workforce planning resource allocation team development and service innovation across BHFLHN.
• Build strong partnerships with internal teams First Nations leaders universities NGOs and statewide networks to deliver integrated and effective early childhood services.
• Monitor program outcomes lead quality improvement initiatives and contribute to research service planning and statewide early childhood strategy.

WHAT ELSE DO YOU NEED TO KNOW/WHAT IS ESSENTIAL FOR SUCCESS

Working in this environment it is important to us that we only employ people with the upmost integrity and commitment to serving the South Australian community and its visitors to the highest possible standards. To ensure that we meet that commitment there are a few checks that you will be required to undertake. • You will be required to hold registration with AHPRA to practice as an Allied Health professional within our organisation.
