ABOUT THE ROLE
The Manager Human Resources Business Partner is responsible for supporting the execution of HR initiatives within a defined manufacturing plant and office this role you will partner with the business COEs and HR Business Partners in all aspects of Human Resources to ensure successful delivery of HR programs and initiatives across the organization. Including but not limited to employee relations onboarding talent management leadership development change management diversity performance management workforce planning and compensation planning / implementation.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Lead and partner with BU HRBP to provide proactive guidance communications and HR generalist support to employees within a respective manufacturing plant and site
- Ensure consistent application of HR policies / procedures and local laws and practices
- Execution of HR programs and processes managing multiple priorities concurrently through strong project management systems knowledge and effective communications
- Support team members within the manufacturing plant and location to drive and implement HR strategies and initiatives that align with the business need
- Lead the HRBP and partner with the COEs to ensure consistent execution of HR policies initiatives and approaches within the manufacturing plant and site
- Provide HR Leadership with recommended insights to improve work processes and help promote an atmosphere of continuous learning
- Provide oversight and leadership on office management responsibilities
- Gather organize and analyze feedback from individuals and teams to drive future initiatives
- Assist in communicating HR roles services and capabilities to colleagues and resolving HR operational issues
- Supports change management programs and initiatives
- Responsible for the implementation and/or coordination of applicable training programs
- Supports employee engagement initiatives and cultural programs
- Performs special projects and related duties as assigned
- Support the production and non-production Talent Acquisition Process and onboarding as needed
- Support compensation process and ensure to distribute key communications as needed
- Review current employment practices and provides recommendations and coaching to ensure policies and processes are compliant with local law and regulations
- Execute Labor Relations Strategy to support business strategy (country/ local)
- Execute the delivery of Talent Management & Organizational Effectiveness programs such as performance review process MS&D talent reviewGreat Place to Work survey GEOS engagement survey etc

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE YOULL BRING:
- Bachelors Degree in Human Resources Business Administration Management Human Relations or related discipline
- 5 years of HR generalist experience and/or related fields
PREFERRED EXPERIENCES AND SKILLS:
- Consulting and Advising:Advancing initiatives and mandates through consultation with client groups relationship building while ensuring alignment to corporate strategies
- Employee Relations:Applying an understanding of labor legislation regulations and employee relations practices to the management of the formal legal employment relationship between the organization and its employees
- Human Resources Management:Applying an understanding of human resource management (HRM) practices policies and principles
- Recruitment and Selection:Providing advice and services related to attracting sourcing (advertising job fairs etc.) evaluating (determining and implementing selection criteria and strategy) interviewing and the intake (i.e. negotiating offers) of appropriate talent to meet the organizations human resources needs
- Customer Focus:Providing service excellence to internal and/or external customers
- Knowledge of general HR policies procedures and HR leading practices and applicable laws / regulations in country of employment
- Ability to interact with colleagues of all levels to gather information
- Ability to work well in a team environment and prioritize work appropriately
- Experience with Performance Management Talent Management Employee Relations Labor Relations Compensation programs and HR laws and regulations
- Demonstrated skills in leadership integration facilitation and complex problem solving
- Ability to work effectively in an environment of change and manage multiple priorities concurrently through strong project management systems knowledge and effective communication
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong customer service skills including ability to diffuse challenging situations
- Skilled in conducting research and using existing knowledge to resolve inquiries
- HR Information Systems experience preferred Workday a plus
- Proficient in Microsoft Office software
- Previous experience in a manufacturing environment preferred

- Travel between Charlotte and Stanley facilities
- Remote work is available one day a week for eligible employees
- This role is not eligible for relocation
