This greenfield opportunity involves designing and building the core resilient scalable and asynchronous backend infrastructure that will power the next generation of software transactions. Youll be a key voice in technical direction solving complex distributed systems problems and making a massive impact from day one.

What you will do:

Design and build core backend services enabling complex long-running and asynchronous operations.
Create foundational frameworks and libraries for the engineering team to build new product capabilities.
Partner with leadership to drive key technology and design decisions establishing best practices.

The ideal candidate:

A systems thinker who designs for resilience scalability and observability.
5 years of experience in backend software engineering including complex distributed systems.
Deep expertise in a modern backend language (e.g. Python Go Java) and event-driven design.
