Social Media Manager
Location: Remote (Must be able to work and collaborate during U.S. Central Time)

About the Role
We are seeking a highly organized strategic and data-driven Social Media Manager to oversee all aspects of our online presence. This role requires both creative execution and analytical decision-making. You will manage the full lifecycle of social contentincluding ideation creation publishing reporting and paid media optimization.
The ideal candidate is able to balance creativity with performance-driven thinking and is comfortable using AI tools to improve efficiency and output.
Key Responsibilities
Content Creation & Publishing
Generate clips reels and short-form content from existing episodes using AI tools.
Write clear engaging and SEO-friendly captions optimized for discoverability.
Build schedule and manage multi-platform content calendars.
Use social media marketing tools to create edit and publish content across all major platforms.
Paid Media & Campaign Management
Set up manage and optimize paid ads and boosted posts across Meta Google YouTube and other platforms.
Conduct A/B tests to improve click-through rates conversions and retention.
Improve targeting strategies and reduce ad spend waste.
Develop full-funnel marketing campaigns to nurture leads and expand brand reach.
Analytics & Reporting
Create weekly analytics reports with insights into performance growth and opportunities.
Monitor KPIs such as reach engagement conversions and ROI.
Analyze digital marketing results and recommend performance improvements.
Use data to guide strategic decisions and optimize ongoing efforts.
Brand Positioning & Engagement
Maintain a consistent and professional brand presence across all channels.
Engage with followers customers and community stakeholders.
Stay informed on social media trends algorithm changes and competitor activity.
Identify weaknesses in current strategies and propose actionable improvements.
Marketing Strategy & Optimization
Plan and execute cross-channel marketing campaigns aligned with company objectives.
Monitor competitors and track new growth opportunities.
Support broader marketing initiatives including content marketing automations and brand positioning.
Ensure platform-specific best practices are followed for maximum reach and engagement.

Required Qualifications
Proven experience managing social media strategies across Facebook Instagram YouTube TikTok and LinkedIn.
Strong understanding of digital marketing metrics and content optimization.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Comfortable working independently in a remote setting.
Must be available to work U.S. Central Time hours.
Preferred / Bonus Qualifications
Experience with podcast coaching or education-based brands.
Familiarity with marketing automation tools or AI workflow optimization.
Graphic design or video editing experience (CapCut/Descript).
Experience creating short-form clips from long-form content.
