Role Overview
We are seeking experienced and driven Key Account Managers to lead strategic engagement with healthcare providers and drive growth in Hong Kongs fast-evolving genomics market.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Account Management: Build and strengthen relationships with hospitals clinics and laboratories serving as the primary liaison.
- KOL Engagement: Partner with key opinion leaders and clinical decision-makers to champion innovative genetic testing solutions.
- Sales Execution: Implement territory plans to achieve revenue targets and expand market presence.
- Clinical Education: Deliver compelling presentations and training to enhance understanding of advanced genomic technologies.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing medical affairs and regulatory teams to ensure seamless customer experience.
- Market Insights: Monitor trends and competitor activity to inform strategic decisions.
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree or above in Life Sciences Medicine Biomedical Science or related discipline.
- 5 years of experience managing hospital accounts in healthcare or pharmaceutical sales.
- Strong knowledge of hospital procurement processes and an established network in Hong Kong healthcare.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with a customer-first mindset.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively across teams.
- Fluent in Cantonese and English (spoken and written).
- Experience introducing advanced diagnostic or specialty healthcare solutions.
- Exposure to market expansion or new product initiatives with curiosity for emerging technologies.
