Drive AI-driven solutions for enterprise customers as a Technical Program Manager at Raft. This hands-on role involves implementing debugging and optimizing our next-gen agentic platform coordinating internal and external teams and translating technical needs into business impact. Ideal for a problem-solver thriving in ambiguity and fast-moving AI environments.

What you will do:

Drive complex fast-moving programs coordinating internal engineers data scientists and external customer teams.
Lead short-term technical projects to deploy and integrate our AI platform debugging and troubleshooting customer issues in real-time.
Serve as the technical point of contact during deployment translating customer objectives into actionable technical plans.

The ideal candidate:

5 years in Technical Program Management Forward Deployed Engineering or Customer Engineering in SaaS/AI.
Deep comfort operating across technical and non-technical domains with strong debugging and troubleshooting instincts.
Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills with daily use of AI tools in your workflow.
