- Assisting with the technical approval of new raw material suppliers
- Monitoring and managing environmental and biotoxin risk using a traffic-light system
- Reviewing customer codes of practice and ensuring alignment with site procedures
- Supporting internal audits and ongoing improvements to the Quality Management System
- Completing associated technical and administrative tasks
What Were Looking For
- Experience in a technical quality food safety or aquaculture-related role (industry experience is more important than job title)
- A solid understanding of HACCP CCPs and GMP
- Someone who is methodical organised and comfortable following procedures
- Able to work independently while contributing to a close-knit technical team
- Confident communicator who can deal with suppliers and internal stakeholders
- A full UK driving licence is required
