Output:
Provision and co-ordination of technical support services to external and internal customers in the UK and Irish markets to promote and strengthen the brands and company image of Armacell. Development of the tools and systems needed to ensure the highest level of technical support is offered. Implementing European initiatives as appropriate to the UK and Irish market.
Processes (Ownership/Participation):
Answering technical customer queries and supporting Sales Managers with technical issues and information.
Supervising the Technical Help-Line and ensure high levels of service. Part of the team providing this service.
Working with on-line calculation and technical support tools to make access to technical support and advice easier for internal Business Managers and Customer Services staff.
Developing on-line calculation tools such as Master Specification to allow external customers easy access to technical information.
Under the guidance of the Technical Manager analysing and evaluating competitor environment.
Producing technical reports to promote technical positioning of products and their features and benefits.
Assisting with providing market intelligence and analysis for the UK.
Developing technical literature/label requirements/technical presentations in conjunction with local marketing team.
In conjunction with the local marketing and Technical Manager adapting technical articles to promote Armacell products and gain business.
Adapting EU-project results to promote business in the UK and Ireland where appropriate.
