This is a full-time permanent position beginning January 2026 ideal for someone with strong laboratory experience and a passion for supporting hands-on science education.
Job Overview
You will support the Science Department in preparing maintaining and organising practical resources across Biology Chemistry and Physics. The role includes setting up experiments ensuring apparatus is safe and ready for use maintaining stock levels and assisting staff and students during practical work. The school is seeking a technician who is reliable safety-conscious and able to work efficiently within a busy well-resourced department.

Experience & Qualifications
Laboratory or science technician experience desirable
Understanding of COSHH health & safety and safe handling of chemicals
Strong organisational and communication skills
Scientific background or qualification preferred
