Leadership role with whole-school impact
The role involves strategic oversight of SEND provision across KS3 and KS4 working closely with senior leaders teaching staff external agencies and families to ensure high-quality support for pupils with additional needs. You will be responsible for leading EHCP processes coordinating interventions and promoting inclusive teaching and learning across the school.
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
NASENCO qualification (or willingness to complete within the required timeframe)
Proven experience supporting students with SEND in a secondary setting
Strong knowledge of EHCP processes and statutory requirements
Ability to lead advise and collaborate effectively across the school
