The role involves teaching Science across KS3 and KS4 with the opportunity to teach KS5 Biology Chemistry or Physics depending on specialism and addition to delivering high-quality lessons the successful candidate will take on a TLR-linked responsibility which may include curriculum leadership mentoring or leading a key area within the Science department.
QTS and a degree in a Science-related subject
Proven ability to deliver strong outcomes at KS3 and KS4 (KS5 desirable)
Experience or readiness to take on a leadership or responsibility-focused role
Strong classroom practice with high expectations for behaviour and achievement
Commitment to collaborative working and continuous improvement
