Job Summary
Position : Sales Representative
Working Hours : Monday to Friday 9-6PM Central
Salary Range : $1100 - $2000 USD
Location : South Africa
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Proactively reach out to potential customers both individuals and businesses to identify their needs and present our product and service offerings
- Provide detailed accurate and helpful information to customers to assist them in making informed purchasing decisions
- Process orders and ensure timely delivery of products
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and sales activities
- Collaborate with the technical team to stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends
- Assist in the development and implementation of sales and marketing strategies
Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of experience in sales preferably in the automotive or diesel parts industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships with customers
- Demonstrated problem-solving and critical thinking skills
- Proficient in using CRM software and other sales-related tools
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Passion for the automotive industry and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service
