Remote Local Travel Across Houston
Our client is seeking a driven relationship-orientedOutside Sales Executiveto expand their footprint across the Houston market. This role focuses on selling manufactured products directly toend users with a strong emphasis on building long-term partnerships across construction architectural and design communities. If you thrive in the field know how to win business face-to-face and understand how to navigate complex decision makers this is a great fit.
What Youll Do
- Manage a defined Houston-area territory meeting customers on-site and building relationships with end users contractors project managers and A&D professionals.
- Develop and execute a territory sales plan to grow revenue and market share.
- Identify new business opportunities through prospecting referrals and targeted outreach.
- Present product solutions conduct demos support spec work and guide customers through the buying process.
- Maintain a regular cadence of in-person meetings and site visits across Houston.
- Partner with internal teams (operations customer service marketing) to ensure excellent delivery and customer experience.
- Track activity pipeline and forecasting within the company CRM.
- Represent the brand at industry events trade shows and customer trainings.
What Were Looking For
- 5 years of outside sales experiencein manufacturing building materials construction or A&D-focused markets.
- Proven success selling directly toend usersand navigating multi-stakeholder buying processes.
- Strong understanding of construction timelines specifications and project-based sales cycles.
- A self-starter who operates well remotely manages their own schedule and thrives in a field-based environment.
- Must be based in or near Houston TXwith the ability to travel locally for customer visits.
- Excellent communication skills consultative selling approach and the ability to build trust quickly.
