Job Summary

Gus Foods is a fast growing company based in the Brussels region. Our ambition is to help create better work environments by providing convenient access to great fresh products in the workplace. We do this by installing a full-service smart fridge (named Gus) that is filled with healthy tasty and locally sourced meals drinks and snacks; accessible around the clock.

Were looking for a full-stack sales professional! A true believer in our mission to reinvent the way people eat drink and snack at the office.

Tasks

You are a generalist sales person who knows about outbound as well as inbound sales and who does not shy away from a challenge.

You are responsible for identifying and convincing prospects and making sure they get through our deal pipeline unscathed.

  • Prospecting: what companies fit our ideal customer profile and how do we best reach out to them
  • Lead generation: After identifying the right company identifying the right people to talk to and how to reach out. Introduce yourself and Gus meet the prospects and fill the pipeline as you go.
  • Inside sales: Of course you will have to follow up on prospects after your first contact. Youll answer their questions and guide them from first contact to the signature.
  • Analysis: Help set and track your KPIs to make sure we are aligned across the company.

Requirements

  • You have at least 2 years of experience in sales and are able to work on your own.
  • Being a young company we value people who want to keep developing themselves and the business. For this you will need to be flexible and solution-driven.
  • Scale-ups have a lot of moving parts that you will need to help guide in the right direction. Multitasking and working in a structured way are key!
  • Speaking at least Dutch and English fluently is required. Being fluent in French is a big plus.
  • Youll have to explain who we are and stay true to our mission but youll also have to listen to what customers and prospects want. Know when to speak and when to listen; be open to feedback from your team and give it back when needed.
  • Know your way around Hubspot That knowledge will come in handy!
