Job Summary
Hybrid role; applicants must be local (no remote no C2C; W2 only)
Job Summary:
- Focus on cybersecurity particularly network and data protection
- Responsible for documentation and networking tasks
- Manage and monitor IDS/IPS firewalls and network segmentation
- Implement and maintain web filtering and CISCO network access controls
- Oversee endpoint security including hardening antivirus and antimalware solutions
- Apply strong knowledge of OSI model layered network defense and endpoint protection technologies
- Utilize encryption technologies and cryptographic standards (SHA AES etc.)
- Manage PKI certificate lifecycle and enterprise key management platforms
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements (ISO 27001 NIST PCI DSS) and industry best practices
- Utilize strong problem-solving and analytical skills working both independently and within a team
- Qualifications include a Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science Information Security or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum 5 years hands-on experience in cybersecurity
- Relevant certifications (CISSP CISM CCSP CEH GIAC or vendor-specific PKI/Encryption) are highly desirable
