JD: To thrive as an Avature Specialist or Administrator you need strong knowledge of talent acquisition workflows human resources practices and experience with applicant tracking systems with direct Avature platform expertise.
* Familiarity with HRIS tools data integration and Avature certifications (L4) proficiency with Excel and reporting modules.
* Excellent problem-solving project management and cross-functional communication skills.
* Configuring workflows and modules troubleshooting user issues updating system settings and collaborating with HR and IT teams to support ongoing talent acquisition efforts.
* Generate and analyze recruitment reports provide end-user training and participate in meetings to identify system improvement opportunities.
* The role is dynamic often requiring proactive problem-solving and the ability to prioritize multiple projects.
Collaboration with recruiters hiring managers and external vendors is common making teamwork and communication essential skills for success.
Top Skills: Avature Level 3 or 4 (Certified in 2024 or later)
