St. Publius is an international tax consultancy company with 35 employess in 7 countries. For our office in Valletta (Malta) were searching for a compliance specialist.
Tasks
- Collecting and maintaining client due diligence documentation in line with the client on-boarding procedures
- Carrying out Client Risk Assessments at on-boarding stage and on an on-going basis.
- Updating of records including the upkeep of physical files and electronic systems
- Preparation and submission of statutory filings as well as performing other statutory obligations.
- Assist during the process of the incorporating companies.
- Perform other compliance tasks as may be necessary.
- Assisting with general administration work according to the company needs.
Requirements
- Knowledge in Due diligence and compliance functions and practices
- Excellent communication skills especially in English both verbal and written. Fluency in the German language will be considered an asset.
- Proficient in MS Excel and MS Word.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Ability to work with limited supervision and comfort in making decisions independently but also being able to collaborate in a team-oriented environment.
