Job Description:

We need a highly qualified Applied ML Engineer (Contractor) to build and deploy propensity uplift and engagement ML models for a real-time decisioning platform.
Must be strong in Python XGBoost/LightGBM Databricks/Spark MLflow and feature stores.
Must have experience operationalizing ML in production with low-latency scoring.
Daily use of GenAI tools (Cursor Windsurf Copilot) is required. Deliverables include production-ready models training pipelines monitoring explainability artifacts and integration support.
