Job Overview The Office Admin will be responsible for ensuring smooth day-to-day office operations supporting the management team coordinating administrative tasks and maintaining documentation efficiently.
Key Responsibilities -
Manage daily office operations and maintain office cleanliness and organization.

Handle phone calls emails and correspondence professionally.

Maintain and update company records documents and files.

Assist in preparing reports letters invoices and basic documentation.

Coordinate with vendors suppliers and service providers.

Monitor office supplies and place orders when necessary.

Support HR activities such as attendance tracking and onboarding arrangements.

Assist the accounts/management team with basic administrative tasks.

Handle visitor management and front-desk duties when required.

Ensure smooth communication within the office and support team members as needed.
Requirements -
Graduate in any discipline.

0 to 3 years of experience in administrative or office support roles.

Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word Excel PowerPoint).

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
