Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated professional to support Global Mobility operations ensuring smooth execution of international assignments policy compliance and effective coordination with internal and external stakeholders. This role plays a key part in delivering seamless employee mobility experiences across geographies.

Key Responsibilities 1. Data Management & Operational Support
  • Manage non-IT vendor setup and maintenance.

  • Provide pre-expatriation support including travel coordination.

  • Handle HR system administration and record maintenance.

  • Support global mobility policy deviation requests.

  • Maintain compliance records and documentation.

  • Manage company car assignments and home/host data updates.

2. Process Ownership & SLA Management
  • Ensure adherence to SLAs internal controls and standard operating procedures.

  • Support operational planning and daily process execution.

  • Maintain accurate documentation for audits and reporting.

3. Process Optimization & Continuous Improvement
  • Identify opportunities for automation and process enhancements.

  • Drive initiatives to reduce manual errors and improve process accuracy.

  • Handle escalations exceptions and corrective actions related to data transactions.

Qualifications & Skills Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor s degree in HR Business Administration or a related field.

  • Experience in Global Mobility operations with exposure to team or process leadership.

  • Hands-on experience with HRMS platforms.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.

  • Willingness to work 5 days from office in a client-specific shift.

Preferred Skills
  • Experience using ticketing tools such as ServiceNow Zendesk or similar platforms.

  • Ability to manage operations and coordinate with multiple stakeholders.

  • Familiarity with workforce analytics and audit-readiness practices.

  • Strong leadership interpersonal and problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under tight deadlines.
