Job Title: Senior SAP SuccessFactors Recruitment Consultant (RCM & RMK)
Location: Pan India
Shift: European shifts (1 PM to 10 PM IST)
Contract Duration:15th Dec 2025 to 15th June 2026
Experience Required: 5 years overall with at least 3 4 years of hands-on experience in SuccessFactors Recruiting Management (RCM) and Recruiting Marketing (RMK) including multi-country implementations and support. Proven experience in at least 2 full-cycle implementations is mandatory
Job Summary
The consultant will be part of end-to-end implementation and support for SuccessFactors RCM and RMK modules across multiple geographies. This includes requirements gathering configuration testing go-live and post-go-live support ensuring compliance with global standards and local regulations.
Key Responsibilities
- Implementation & Configuration
- Full-cycle implementation of RCM and RMK modules.
- Configure recruitment workflows job requisitions candidate profiles offer templates and recruiting settings.
- Manage multi-country compliance including GDPR and local data privacy laws.
- Testing & Training
- Develop and execute test plans perform unit testing and support UAT.
- Deliver training sessions for HR and recruitment teams.
- Support
- Provide ongoing support and enhancements for existing implementations.
Required Skills & Certifications
- SAP SuccessFactors Certification in Recruiting Management (RCM) Recruiter and Candidate experience.
- Additional certifications in Employee Central or Onboarding are a plus.
- Strong understanding of XML templates provisioning setup and integration with RMK.
- Ability to work in European time zones and manage global stakeholders.
Preferred Attributes
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience in multi-country projects with diverse compliance requirements.
- Familiarity with career site builder third-party integrations and global recruiting best practices
