The Technical Assistance Specialist role will conduct training and outreach provide one-on-one support and serve as a liaison between participants their technical vendors and NC HIEA s technical partners including SAS and J2 Interactive. This role supports statewide outreach and education efforts to help health care providers understand access and effectively use NC HealthConnex North Carolina s Health Information Exchange (HIE). Working Title: NC HIEA Technical Assistance Coordinator
