Position: Technical Assistance Coordinator

Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled Technical Assistance Coordinator to support healthcare providers in utilizing NC HealthConnex North Carolinas Health Information Exchange. The ideal candidate will provide training one-on-one support and serve as a liaison among stakeholders to ensure effective outreach and education efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct training and outreach for healthcare providers.
- Provide one-on-one support and facilitate communication between participants and technical vendors.
- Gather analyze and report data to guide strategic engagement.
- Build and maintain relationships with providers patients and partners.
- Manage multiple priorities and adapt to evolving community and technical needs.
