Job Title: Customer Success Specialist

Location: Kalamazoo MI 49001

Duration: 9 Months

Job Type: Temporary Assignment

Work Type: Onsite

Shift: 8:00am-5:00pm (Monday-Friday)

Job Description / Qualifications:

Excellent writing proofreading & communication skills (clear and concise)
Strong attention to detail and time management
Minimal grammatical & spelling errors.
Great listener warm to others generally optimistic.
Team-player willing to help any team member and/or customer.
Reliable & trustworthy
Not afraid to ask questions

Education and Experience:

High School Diploma/GED required
1-2 years of Customer Service experience preferred
