Primary Title: Front Office Executive
About the Opportunity
We are hiring an on-site Front Office Executive to be the welcoming face and operational backbone of a busy corporate office. This role focuses on visitor management telephony scheduling and day-to-day office administrationensuring every stakeholder interaction is efficient courteous and aligned with organisational standards.
Role & Responsibilities
- Greet and register visitors verify appointments and manage the visitor access process using the visitor management system.
- Operate the multi-line phone system (PBX) route calls take messages and maintain professional telephony etiquette.
- Manage appointment scheduling and calendar coordination for meeting rooms and key staff; ensure meetings run on schedule.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail courier coordination and basic office supply inventory and procurement requests.
- Maintain a tidy safe and presentable reception area and assist with basic front-office administration tasks (faxing scanning printing).
- Coordinate with security facilities and administrative teams to resolve visitor or office-related issues promptly.

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; diploma in office administration is a plus.
- 13 years of experience in reception front-office or customer-facing administrative roles preferred.
- Professional spoken and written English; local language proficiency advantageous.
