Role & Responsibilities
- Drive inbound and outbound lead engagement through targeted cold calling and personalized email outreach to qualify prospects and set high-quality appointments for field sales or account teams.
- Manage and progress a sales pipeline in the CRMlog activities update opportunity stages and forecast short-term revenue to meet monthly targets.
- Conduct needs discovery and consultative conversations to position service offerings prepare tailored proposals and close transactional deals or schedule demos.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing and delivery teams to follow up on campaign responses nurture leads and pass-on handoffs with clear context and SLAs.
- Consistently meet or exceed weekly and monthly KPIs (calls qualified leads conversion rate revenue) while maintaining accurate CRM hygiene.
- Capture competitive intel and customer feedback to inform product/service improvements and support continuous sales playbook optimization.
Skills & Qualifications
Must-Have
- Proven inside-sales experience in B2B or services sales with a track record of meeting targets.
- Hands-on experience using CRM platforms (Salesforce HubSpot or Zoho CRM) for pipeline management.
- Strong cold-calling and email-outreach capability with measurable conversion results.
- Skilled in lead qualification and opportunity prioritization using discovery frameworks.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets for reporting and basic sales analytics.
- Comfortable working on-site in India and collaborating with cross-functional teams to close deals.
Preferred
- Experience in HR tech recruitment services or career services selling to corporate clients.
- Familiarity with sales engagement tools (e.g. SalesLoft Outreach) and email sequencing.
- Exposure to quota-driven environments and experience preparing simple commercial proposals.
