Position Overview:
Responsible for expanding company presence in major textile hubs. Must have a strong network in textile processing units dyeing houses printing mills and chemical distributors in North India.
Key Responsibilities:
- Business Development & Client Acquisition
- Acquire new customers across North India textile clusters.
- Promote chemicals printing inks binders emulsions auxiliaries.
- Develop dealer/distribution network.
- Market Expansion & Relationship Management
- Maintain strong customer relationships.
- Conduct regular market visits.
- Understand customer production processes and recommend solutions.
- Sales Strategy & Revenue Growth
- Achieve sales targets.
- Identify market opportunities and competitor activities.
- Prepare sales plans and forecasts.
- Technical Coordination
- Coordinate trials sampling and product presentations.
- Support customers with lab/technical team.
- Reporting & Documentation
- Maintain visit reports enquiry logs customer updates.
- Provide regular MIS to management.
Required Skills & Competencies:
- Strong communication & negotiation skills.
- Knowledge of textile chemicals inks auxiliaries.
- Ability to travel extensively.
- Target-oriented and self-driven.
Preferred Industry Background:
Candidates from Pidilite Rossari Archroma Indofil and similar industries preferred.
Education:
Chemistry / / MBA Marketing preferred.
Experience:
5–10 years in textile chemical marketing. Strong network in Panipat Ludhiana Amritsar Delhi Varanasi preferred.
