Job Summary

Position Overview:

Responsible for expanding company presence in major textile hubs. Must have a strong network in textile processing units dyeing houses printing mills and chemical distributors in North India.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Business Development & Client Acquisition
    • Acquire new customers across North India textile clusters.
    • Promote chemicals printing inks binders emulsions auxiliaries.
    • Develop dealer/distribution network.
  • Market Expansion & Relationship Management
    • Maintain strong customer relationships.
    • Conduct regular market visits.
    • Understand customer production processes and recommend solutions.
  • Sales Strategy & Revenue Growth
    • Achieve sales targets.
    • Identify market opportunities and competitor activities.
    • Prepare sales plans and forecasts.
  • Technical Coordination
    • Coordinate trials sampling and product presentations.
    • Support customers with lab/technical team.
  • Reporting & Documentation
    • Maintain visit reports enquiry logs customer updates.
    • Provide regular MIS to management.

Required Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong communication & negotiation skills.
  • Knowledge of textile chemicals inks auxiliaries.
  • Ability to travel extensively.
  • Target-oriented and self-driven.

Preferred Industry Background:

Candidates from Pidilite Rossari Archroma Indofil and similar industries preferred.

Education:

Chemistry / / MBA Marketing preferred.

Experience:

5–10 years in textile chemical marketing. Strong network in Panipat Ludhiana Amritsar Delhi Varanasi preferred.
