Role Overview:
The Performance Marketing Specialist will be responsible for driving measurable growth through data-driven advertising strategies across leading e-commerce and quick commerce platforms like Flipkart Amazon Zepto Blinkit & Big Basket. This role focuses on maximizing return on ad spend (ROAS) improving product visibility and collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to accelerate online sales performance. The ideal candidate will bring strong analytical expertise hands-on campaign management skills and a deep understanding of digital commerce ecosystems.
Key Responsibilities:
Campaign Management & Optimization
- Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns across major e-commerce and quick commerce platforms (Search Display Sponsored Brands DSP etc.).
- Continuously refine platform-specific strategies to drive traffic conversion and ROAS improvements.
Performance & Budget Monitoring
- Track daily ad spends bids and budget utilization to ensure efficiency and maximize ROI.
- Monitor campaign health and adjust tactical levers in real time to achieve performance targets.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with internal brand digital marketing sales and category teams to align campaign initiatives with business priorities.
- Partner with platform account managers to leverage best practices and beta opportunities.
E-commerce Hygiene & Visibility
- Monitor product visibility keyword rankings pricing compliance and inventory accuracy to support seamless campaign execution.
Analytics & Reporting
- Analyze campaign performance data to identify insights trends and optimization opportunities.
- Prepare weekly and monthly dashboards and performance reports for internal stakeholders.
Requirements:
- Graduate with 5 years of performance marketing experience in Personal & Beauty Care Cosmetics or Digital Agencies.
- Strong marketplace and quick commerce advertising expertise with proven ROI focus.
- Skilled in data analysis campaign optimization and cross-functional coordination.
- Agile detail-oriented and comfortable working in fast-paced environments.
