We are looking for a skilled and motivated Automation Engineer to design develop and maintain industrial automation systems. You will play a key role in improving manufacturing efficiency process reliability and operational safety across our facilities.

Duties & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

Design program and commission automation systems including PLCs SCADA HMIs robotics and control networks.
Troubleshoot electrical control and instrumentation systems across production lines.
Optimize existing automation processes to improve cycle time reliability and energy efficiency.
Develop and maintain technical documentation including wiring diagrams functional specifications and test procedures.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (mechanical electrical production and quality) on new projects and system upgrades.
Support predictive and preventive maintenance activities.
Ensure compliance with safety standards and industry regulations.

Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelors degree in Automation Engineering Electrical/Electronic Engineering Mechatronics or a related field.
Strong knowledge of PLC programming (e.g. Siemens Allen-Bradley Schneider and Omron).
Experience with SCADA/HMI platforms (e.g. WinCC Ignition and Wonderware).
Understanding of industrial communication protocols (Ethernet/IP Profibus Modbus and Profinet).
Hands-on experience in troubleshooting automation systems (coursework/internships acceptable for junior roles).
Strong analytical problem-solving and communication skills.
