Job Summary

Description

Respond to a high volume of inquiries received via email and live chat.
Perform Ad moderation duties.
Assistwith paid client vettingonboardingand other Ad hoc requests.
Help troubleshoot all types of technical issuesencounteredby users.
Ensure compliance and the voice of the Business is reflected through communication.
Handling community risk escalations (predators suicide threats etc.).
Participate in team meetings.
Provide feedback to Supervisors and the business team.
Review the QAs and feedback provided by Supervisors and Team leads.

Requirements

In-office work - Cape Town.
Own transport to Gumtree offices.
Willingto work weekends on a rotational schedule.
Willingto work shifts between 6 am and 8 pm.
Reliable internet connection at home with backup power to perform duties.
Zendesk or Ad moderation experience is beneficial.
