Job Summary

Job Title: Solar Sales Executive / Solar C&I Sales RSA

Location: RSA
Experience Required: Minimum 5 years in Solar Sales / Solar C&I segment

About the Role:

We are looking for highly skilled and experienced professionals in Solar Sales and Solar C&I (Commercial & Industrial) to join our team in RSA. The ideal candidate will have deep industry knowledge strong client networking skills and a proven track record of driving sales in the solar sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in the Solar C&I segment across RSA.

  • Manage the complete sales cyclefrom lead generation client meetings proposal submission and negotiations to closing deals.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers consultants EPC partners and end customers.

  • Conduct site assessments load analysis and understand customer energy requirements.

  • Coordinate with internal engineering design and project teams to provide accurate technical and commercial proposals.

  • Track market trends competitor activities pricing strategies and emerging technologies in the solar sector.

  • Achieve monthly and annual sales targets as defined by the management.

  • Prepare sales reports forecasts and project status updates for leadership review.

  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through continuous engagement and support.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Solar Sales or Solar C&I projects.

  • Strong understanding of solar power systems (Rooftop Ground-mounted C&I Hybrid Battery Storage).

  • Proven track record of closing medium and large-scale solar projects.

  • Excellent communication negotiation and presentation skills.

  • Ability to work independently and manage client portfolios efficiently.

  • Strong analytical and commercial acumen.

  • Willingness to travel within RSA for client meetings and site visits.

Preferred Background:

  • Experience working with EPC companies solar developers or renewable energy firms.

  • Technical understanding of PV systems inverters energy audits financial analysis (IRR ROI) etc.

  • Network with major industrial commercial and institutional clients.
