Job Title: Solar Sales Executive / Solar C&I Sales RSA

Experience Required: Minimum 5 years in Solar Sales / Solar C&I segment
About the Role:
We are looking for highly skilled and experienced professionals in Solar Sales and Solar C&I (Commercial & Industrial) to join our team in RSA. The ideal candidate will have deep industry knowledge strong client networking skills and a proven track record of driving sales in the solar sector.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and develop new business opportunities in the Solar C&I segment across RSA.
Manage the complete sales cyclefrom lead generation client meetings proposal submission and negotiations to closing deals.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers consultants EPC partners and end customers.
Conduct site assessments load analysis and understand customer energy requirements.
Coordinate with internal engineering design and project teams to provide accurate technical and commercial proposals.
Track market trends competitor activities pricing strategies and emerging technologies in the solar sector.
Achieve monthly and annual sales targets as defined by the management.
Prepare sales reports forecasts and project status updates for leadership review.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through continuous engagement and support.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Minimum 5 years of experience in Solar Sales or Solar C&I projects.
Strong understanding of solar power systems (Rooftop Ground-mounted C&I Hybrid Battery Storage).
Proven track record of closing medium and large-scale solar projects.
Excellent communication negotiation and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently and manage client portfolios efficiently.
Strong analytical and commercial acumen.
Willingness to travel within RSA for client meetings and site visits.
Preferred Background:
Experience working with EPC companies solar developers or renewable energy firms.
Technical understanding of PV systems inverters energy audits financial analysis (IRR ROI) etc.
Network with major industrial commercial and institutional clients.
