Job Description

CAI is seeking anApplication Architectto create and maintain customized solutions for our client. As an Architect you will be responsible for design developing and maintaining Oracle-basedfinancial applications.

What Youll Do

• Develop and maintainPL/SQLscripts stored procedures and database packages
• Design develop and maintain Oracle-basedfinancial applications
• Design and maintaindata integrationprocesses for application functionality and reporting
• UtilizeOracle Fusion Middlewarefor application deployment security and integration
• Ensure applications align with the clients accounting practices from a technical perspective
• Ensure compliance with data security and PCI standards
• Collaborate with business and technical teams to gather requirements and implement solutions
• Monitor and ensure application performance security and compliance with Department and regulatory standards

What Youll Need

• 5 years of experience in application development usingOracle FormsOracle APEX andPL/SQL
• Experience withOracle Database developmentperformance tuning andtroubleshooting
• Proficiency inOracle Fusion Middlewarecomponents ( ServerOracle HTTP Server)
• Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science Information Systems or related field (or equivalent work experience)
• Experience integrating applications with enterprise financial systems
• Demonstrated experience ensuringPCI compliancein application development
• Strong written and verbalcommunication skills

Preferred

• Experience withversion control systemsandCI/CD pipelines
• Experience with Oracle REST Data Services (ORDS)
• Knowledge of application and data security best practices
• Experience working in a government or public sector environment
• Oracle certifications ( Certified AssociateOracle APEXDeveloper Oracle Middleware certifications) preferred

Physical Demands

• Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with the ADA and other federal state and local standards
• Sedentary work involving sitting or remaining stationary most of the time with occasional need to move around the office to attend meetings etc.
• Ability to conduct repetitive tasks on a computer utilizing a mouse keyboard and monitor
